IT Sales Account Executive
As a fast growing network and business solutions provider, we are searching for an exceptional IT sales executive / New business development executive that has the drive and ambition to succeed.
Responsibilities
- To sell, primarily by telephone, Vendor products and services to customers, maintaining and improving on revenue and profit, whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
- Initiate proactive outgoing sales calls to seek new business opportunities.
- Receive incoming customer calls in-line with required service levels: taking customer orders, provide information on product availability, special offers, provide pricing and quotations to customers.
- Maintain and improve product knowledge & market knowledge.
- Cold calling is involved
Skills/Experience
- Good sales commercial and communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- Excellent proactive telephone and customer service skills.
- Computer literate. Interested in IT Knowledge and/or reseller market is an asset.
- Team Player.

IT Network Engineer
Due to continued success, we are now looking for an experienced IT/ ISP Network Support Engineer with extensive knowledge of providing IT network solutions and be able to supply and support solutions to a wide range of problems, including Windows 2000 / 2003 and Exchange Sever. Experience of Citrix Metaframe, Cisco Products, TCPIP, Lotus and Novell would be a distinct advantage. ISP Infrastructure and support for our AxiaNet Division.
You will be comfortable with customer facing and have first class communication skills and be comfortable in travelling from client site to site over the South of England.
Experiance of Microsoft, Novell, Linux and Lotus would be essential.
Finally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years IT support experience and have attained at least one of the following accreditations: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA and CCA.
The work has a mixture of inhouse and onsite support, ranging from Desktop Support to Network and Server Support, will also require the candidate to work out of hours and on weekends.
